First Aid & CPR
Shanaz is certified through the American Red Cross, in First Aid & CPR.
This certification is designed for those who care for children.
Shanaz comes prepared with a first aid kit & thermometer in
her travel kit.
Baby & Toddler Care
Shanaz is trained to safely and confidently care for babies
6mo plus and children
up to age 9.
Shanaz can perform all baby & toddler care such as bottle or spoon feeding, diapering, and bathing.
Older children can feel safe and free to engage in their own personal care.
Wellness
Shanaz will encourage clean up after each activity and for children to wash their hands by singing songs and teaching lessons about health and hygiene.
Shanaz will conduct a brief assessment of your children's mood & health by talking with parents before each care session. She will document any changes in mood or symptoms of illness.
Parents will be contacted if their children experience pain, fever, bleeding, or vomits.
Emergency
Shanaz knows that nothing matters more than the safety, security, and health of your child. That’s why protection and preparedness are critical in the care she provides.
A health and safety consultation is conducted before initial care can be rendered.

Shanaz knows that children learn social, cognitive, and emotional skills by being supported in a loving and playful environment. Parents are provided with a piece of mind, while their children are provided with both fun & educational resources to enhance both physical and social development.
